I rang and ordered a Diamond Wedding Anniversary Aqua bouquet and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The flowers were delivered as agreed and my parents were extremely pleased with the display of assorted flowers including roses and lillies as well as a nice touch of little diamant beads inserted into the display. Many Thanks.... perfect, def recommend, its not easy when you are 100 miles away but The Secret Garden got it right!

This is definitely the best flower shop in this area. I have been going to the Secret Garden for my flowers for at least 12 years now and have never been disappointed. Weddings, funerals, Mothers Days, Valentine's, Birthdays..... all the arrangements me and my family have bought have been the best quality. The owners are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and are always willing to assist and advise wherever possible. Would never go anywhere else for my flowers.
Rated this place 1 star, as there isnt a lower option! Disgusted with the customer service given today. Two weeks ago we ordered some flowers to be delivered, we went in and found an arrogant man and a blunt woman, along with 2 or 3 of their loud, dirty dogs yapping away in the shop.. I almost walked back outside to check if id walked into a kennels or a florist?! We was talking loudly over dogs barking, ordered our flowers which cost 30 and then left. The woman who took our order was blunt, rude and had a face like she was chewing a wasp, there was no polite conversation or manners. Then, our flowers arrived today, the smallest bunch wed ever had from anywhere else, far too small for the price charged. The flowers werent what we asked for, they seemed to be anuthing they found spare, they chucked into the bunch! We then called the shop to politely tell them we were a little disappointed, to which they decided to be rude, not listen and then put the phone down whilst we were still speaking. Totally disgusted and will definitely be going to another florist in future!
