I use Pledgers periodically for various things such as batteries and occasional electrical items. They have an in-depth knowledge of products and are informative but most importantly non pushy.Customer ServiceI would like to say that the customer service at Pledgers is second to none, they are always incredibly helpful and nothing seems to be too much of a problem. I recently wanted some cardboard from them to assist in packaging a parcel, even though I wasn't actually purchasing anything from the store, they went above and beyond to supply me some cardboard free of charge. Service second to none. They are knowledgeble about all products they sell. Friendly and helpful in all aspects of the business. Would not think about going to any other shop. Certainly would never shop online for electrical goods.
Really handy place with great service. There's not many places that offer free local delivery, installation and disposal of white goods or electricals. Once you've taken that into consideration it's often cheaper than the big sheds or online.
